Zgemi Inc. is seeking dedicated Project Coordinators to support our construction projects, focusing on pre-construction through to closeout. This full-time role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders while maintaining clear communication and tracking project tasks effectively. Successful candidates will possess a solid background in construction project administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize documentation for project initiation

• Maintain up-to-date reports and stakeholder communication

• Facilitate sub-trade purchase orders and change order management

• Analyze project drawings and conduct material takeoffs

• Ensure compliance with construction plans and specifications

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related role

• Strong skills in analyzing technical specifications

• Knowledge of construction management practices and software

• Ontario Driver’s License needed for project site visits
