Position: Full-Time Project Coordinator at Zgemi Inc.
Zgemi Inc. seeks a Full-Time Project Coordinator to enhance our construction management team. This role emphasizes scheduling, document control, and comprehensive project support from inception to completion.

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth running of construction projects. Your tasks will include maintaining organized site reports, preparing project documentation, and aiding in change management. Successful candidates will have a strong background with general contractors while showcasing excellent communication and organizational skills relevant to construction project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare necessary documents for project commencement and organization

• Regularly update stakeholder and transmittal lists for projects

• Manage purchase orders and change orders efficiently

• Produce weekly and monthly reports to track project status

• Analyze contract drawings and ensure project compliance

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture

• 3-5 years’ experience in Project Coordination

• Strong skills in interpreting construction specifications

• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills

• Valid Ontario Driver’s License and transportation
