As a leading general contractor, Zgemi Inc. is looking for a proactive Project Coordinator. This position plays a crucial role in coordinating various projects by managing documentation, schedules, and stakeholder relations. The successful candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented, adapting to the fast-paced construction environment with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare necessary project documentation for startup

• Maintain organized site reports on the server

• Update and manage lists of project stakeholders

• Process purchase orders and manage material orders

• Conduct weekly site visits and progress reporting

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management or related field

• At least 3 years' experience in construction project coordination

• Strong capability to interpret construction drawings

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools

• Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle
