In this senior role, report to the Vice President of Pre-Construction & Estimating, overseeing critical estimates and guiding your estimating team. This position demands comprehensive knowledge of estimating, budgeting, and project scheduling to guarantee accuracy in construction details. Collaboration is key when calculating major project costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate plans for discrepancies and bid preparation

• Manage bonding, insurance submissions, and trade requests

• Create comparison spreadsheets for project closures

• Perform site visits and liaise with clients

• Formulate risk assessments and tender schedules

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management

• Minimum 10 years of ICI sector experience

• Familiarity with Procore and BIM is a plus

• Strong leadership and multitasking skills

• Keen attention to detail and organizational expertise
