Position: Construction Labourer Role at NAC Constructors
Join North America Construction (1993) Ltd./NAC Constructors Ltd. as a Construction Labourer and contribute to impactful projects. Your hands-on work will include site preparation, maintenance, and demolition tasks.

As a Level 1 Labourer under the guidance of the Civil Superintendent, you’ll actively assist in all aspects of heavy construction. Key responsibilities include cleaning, traffic control, and providing manual labour support. You'll work safely while helping ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in daily cleaning and organizational tasks on site

• Perform excavations using manual and equipment methods

• Help with the placement of formwork as required

• Conduct safety assessments to identify hazards

• Maintain job site equipment and facilities

Requirements:

• Some construction or cleaning experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs comfortably

• WHMIS and Working at Heights certifications mandated

• Capacity to work with minimal supervision

• Understanding of safe tool operation and handling
