Bird is seeking a talented Senior Estimator to strengthen its Buildings & Commercial team. You will collaborate with project managers and engineers, contributing to precise cost estimates for significant projects. This role demands extensive hands-on experience and a commitment to excellence in a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately estimate costs for construction projects

• Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers

• Develop comprehensive project strategies and schedules

• Oversee tendering and risk assessment of sub-trades

• Conduct monthly Work-in-Progress updates and meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or engineering

• 10+ years of estimating experience in large projects

• Eligible for PQS, CET, or P.Eng designations

• Proficiency with estimating software programs

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
