Project Coordinator

Position: Project Coordinator Needed
Take on a pivotal role as a Project Coordinator at Tomlinson Infrastructure in Ottawa, focusing on effective project scheduling and field coordination. Engage in various aspects of project execution, emphasizing quality and safety.

In this role, you will support Superintendents and Foremen by ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with construction site protocols. Your responsibilities include managing contracts, processing change orders, and maintaining communication with clients and subcontractors. A strong foundation in project controls is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare project plans and manage submissions

• Assist in contract schedule preparations and tracking work

• Compile monthly payment quantities for projects

• Organize required permits and monitor compliance

• Participate in the Joint Health and Safety Committee

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering degree or relevant experience

• At least 3 years industry experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Familiar with P6 scheduling software

• Valid full G class driver’s license required
