Senior Project Manager for Construction

Lead construction projects as a Senior Project Manager rsee budgeting, scheduling, and coordination from pre-construction to completion while fostering team development and client relationships.

Ellis Don is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with over eight years in Residential and ICl construction. This role requires expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and contract management software. You will be responsible for ensuring timely payments, leading project meetings, and monitoring project costs to maintain positive cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall construction management throughout project lifecycle

• Prepare accurate and timely billings and oversee payments

• Communicate with Owners and Architects to address concerns

• Lead internal and external project meetings and monitor progress

• Submit reports and manage risk escalation to Area Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Residential and ICl projects

• Strong knowledge of construction scopes and project management practices

• Proven mentoring ability to lead large teams

• Solid client relationship building skills

• Proficiency with contract management software
