Become a pivotal Cost Manager at Pomerleau Construction, supporting large‑scale projects from $1.5 million to over $1 billion. Your expertise in financial control will help guide project teams towards sound decisions.
At Pomerleau Construction, we’re seeking a Cost Manager to oversee and develop budgets for significant construction projects. You will lead a cost control team, ensuring procedures are optimized for financial success. Your strategic insights will directly influence project outcomes while collaborating across diverse operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize the cost control team and allocate tasks
- Develop and monitor cost control procedures
- Oversee project performance analysis and budgeting
- Lead proactive cost management activities
- Align cost forecasts with project schedules
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field
- 10+ years experience, 5+ in leadership roles
- Solid knowledge of PMIS and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English and French
- Basic understanding of scheduling with Primavera P6 Drive financial success and lead impactful projects with Pomerleau Construction.
