Key Responsibilities:

• Lead team through bid completion under pressure

• Assemble accurate, organized estimates for various projects

• Organize and rewrite binders for subcontractor quotes

• Monitor project success and address potential challenges

• Maintain databases for labor rates and project costs

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in construction-related field

• Minimum 8-10 years of estimating experience

• Knowledge of P3 and Design Build contracts

• Familiarity with AutoCAD preferred

• Eligible for Reliability Clearance
