Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate estimates for diverse construction projects

• Engage in comprehensive preconstruction strategy development

• Manage tendering and oversee sub-trade contracts

• Monitor project budgets and participate in monthly updates

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in engineering or quantity surveying

• 10+ years of hands-on estimating experience

• Active PQS, CET, or P.Eng designation

• Familiarity with estimating software programs

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
