Flynn Group of Companies seeks an Estimator with 3 to 5 years in the Commercial Roofing industry. Your daily tasks will involve reviewing bids, attending pre-bid meetings, and analyzing project plans and specifications. You’ll prepare estimates, establish client relationships, and follow up on quotes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review bid opportunities and guide bid selections

• Attend pre-bid site meetings for accurate estimates

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and details

• Prepare takeoffs/estimates of materials and labor

• Maintain relationships with consultants and customers

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of estimating experience in commercial roofing

• Bilingual in English and French

• Proficiency in reading plans and specifications

• Blue Beam or similar software skills preferred

• Knowledge of new construction and re-roofing
