Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain computerized estimates and assemblies

• Accurately produce labor and material take-offs

• Write general specifications for projects

• Ensure accurate pricing for standard models and options

• Approve purchase orders and invoices for subcontractors

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management or Architecture

• Over 3 years of estimating experience

• Knowledge of building materials and construction codes

• Proficiency in tools like Bluebeam and BuilderMT

• Strong initiative and communication skills
