Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in managing ICI construction projects

• Conduct quantity take-offs and issue project notifications

• Expedite and process shop drawings and sub-trade documentation

• Chair on-site meetings and distribute meeting minutes

• Prepare warranty manuals and archive project files

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of ICI construction experience

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Autodesk Build, and Bluebeam

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Understanding of construction methods and plans reading

• Ability to manage timelines and track documentation
