Position: Lead Senior Estimator Wanted at Buttcon
Buttcon is seeking a Lead Senior Estimator to enhance our construction capabilities. Focus on delivering innovative solutions and managing project costs with precision and care.

In this challenging role, you will report to the Vice President of Pre-Construction & Estimating and lead our Estimating Team through all phases of project estimation and tender execution. Candidates should have significant experience in Construction Management and Design Build, with a solid foundation in calculating costs and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clarify discrepancies in plans and specifications.

• Organize and distribute plans for efficient workflow.

• Manage the preparation of bonding and insurance requests.

• Facilitate site visits with contractors and owners.

• Prepare closing sheets and budget comparisons.

Requirements:

• 10+ years within the ICI construction industry.

• Engineering or Construction Management degree required.

• Expert with Microsoft Excel and project management tools.

• Proven track record managing successful tenders.

• Valid driver’s license for site visits.
