We are looking for a detail-oriented AIA Billing Specialist to work remotely in a dynamic commercial construction environment. Bring your skills in AIA billing and project documentation to support our growing team.
This full-time position is tailored for individuals with extensive experience in U.S. commercial construction. You will manage billing packages, oversee bonding documentation, and ensure compliance throughout various projects. Your proactive approach will help avert potential payment issues before they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all aspects of AIA billing submissions for projects
• Manage retainage and monitor project milestones diligently
• Update contracts and documentation in Buildertrend software
• Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders
• Organize documentation for pre-construction activities
Requirements:
• Proven experience working remotely with U.S. contractors
• Hands-on knowledge of AIA payment applications and SOV
• Strong understanding of bonding processes and requirements
• Effective organizational skills for managing multiple projects
• Ability to maintain accuracy in financial and contractual documentation
Contribute to the efficiency of our construction operations through focused billing and administrative support.
