Senior Estimator; Construction

Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $ Annually

As a Senior Estimator, you are responsible for providing residential estimating services in support of the Estimating team.

• Develop and maintain computerized estimates, assemblies and pricing for standard models, floor plans, options, and elevations.
• Produce accurate material and labor take offs.
• Write and maintain general specifications.
• Produce and maintain specifications for standard plans.
• Update and maintain pricing on standards models and options.
• Prepare accurate subcontractor and supplier purchase orders for all homes and approve corresponding invoices.
• Providing pricing for Sales Agents and Designers.
• Assist with tenders and contracts.

• Degree/diploma in Construction Management or Architectural Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of estimating/construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential construction processes, building materials, and codes.
• Proficiency with construction and estimating software – Sales Simplicity, Bluebeam, BuilderMT, or Constellation NX.
• Independent self-starter with a high degree of initiative.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high stress, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
