Position: HSE Supervisor at PCL Constructors
Drive safety regulations as an HSE Supervisor with PCL Constructors Canada in Ottawa, Ontario. Oversee compliance, training, and inspections to foster a safe construction environment.

As an HSE Supervisor, you will ensure compliance with safety management systems and legislative requirements. This position requires expertise in health and safety, along with a commitment to coaching and mentoring others. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement project-specific HSE plans and regulations

• Conduct HSE training tailored to project needs

• Perform project HSE inspections and audits

• Develop and evaluate emergency response and environmental plans

• Support the investigation of safety incidents

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety

• 5 years of safety experience, supervisory role preferred

• Knowledge of OH&S and environmental legislation

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Eligible for Government of Canada security clearance
