Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain construction cost estimates

• Conduct tender analysis and negotiation processes

• Work with suppliers and subcontractors for project coordination

• Participate in project reviews and meetings as needed

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years of relevant estimating experience

• Familiarity with construction project complexities
