Position: Project Coordinator for Infrastructure Projects
Serve as a key Project Coordinator at Louis W. Bray Construction, supporting underground infrastructure projects with attention to detail and enthusiasm. This role focuses on sewer and water services to enhance community improvements.

Louis W. Bray Construction seeks an eager Project Coordinator to assist Project Managers and site teams in managing projects from tender to completion. You'll engage in tasks such as scheduling, cost estimation, and documentation to ensure smooth project operations.

Your role is vital in maintaining timelines, budgets, and documentation accuracy throughout project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support preparation of precise quantity takeoffs for underground projects

• Review specifications to determine project scope and requirements

• Prepare and distribute requests for quotations to subcontractors

• Coordinate timely procurement of materials for sewer and water projects

• Maintain accurate project documentation including invoices and reports

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or related field

• Relevant construction coordination experience in water/wastewater

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of estimating software is a plus

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
