Cardel is looking for a diligent Senior Estimator to join our team and provide essential estimating services for diverse residential developments.
Your role will involve developing accurate computerized estimates and handling various specifications for different housing models. This position allows you to support constructing beautifully designed homes while collaborating with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop estimates and pricing for floor plans and models
• Conduct material and labor take-offs for projects
• Maintain specifications for projects consistently
• Update pricing for standard options and models
• Manage purchase orders and invoices efficiently
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Construction Management or similar
• 3+ years in estimating/construction field
• Familiarity with residential construction materials and codes
• Experience using Sales Simplicity or similar software
• Strong communication and initiative skills
