Buttcon Senior Estimator - Construction Focused

We are looking for a Senior Estimator at Buttcon, specializing in high-quality construction and accurate cost estimation. Bring your expertise to a dynamic team dedicated to community-impacting projects.

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Pre-Construction & Estimating. You will utilize your knowledge of Construction Management and Design Build practices to lead the Estimating Team through all phases of a project, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in pricing. Strong candidates are those skilled in risk identification and opportunity analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review plans for discrepancies and needs assessments.

• Arrange and conduct site visits for accurate evaluations.

• Prepare sub-trade lists and manage bid solicitations.

• Perform and extend quantity take-offs across various trades.

• Develop tender schedules and comparison spreadsheets.

Requirements:

• Engineering or Construction Management degree or equivalent.

• At least 10 years of ICI construction experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software.

• Successful management of tender closing required.

• Personal vehicle for site visits essential.
