Position: Experienced Site Superintendent at Buttcon

Reporting to the Field Manager, this critical role involves coordinating all on-site activities during construction. You will collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to understand plans and specifications, while effectively managing construction teams. Your leadership will drive adherence to safety and quality standards across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to meet project specifications

• Create and maintain detailed construction schedules

• Lead on-site teams, ensuring proper task execution

• Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality standards

• Monitor and control project budgets efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in ICI construction or supervisory roles

• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software

• Gold Seal or LEED certification is an asset

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
