HSE Coordinator at Green Infrastructure Partners

Support health and safety initiatives as an HSE Coordinator with Green Infrastructure Partners Inc.

Your role will focus on compliance, inspections, and mentoring teams on safety practices.

Reporting to the HSE Manager, the HSE Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining safety compliance across construction projects. Responsibilities include daily hazard assessments, safety document submissions, and conducting site inspections. You will also mentor operations on hazard mitigation and ensure all necessary reports are completed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete Daily Hazard Assessments thoroughly

• Assist with work permit reviews and approvals

• Conduct weekly and daily safety inspections

• Prepare Job Task Analysis ahead of work

• Report incidents and manage documentation

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years of relevant experience in construction

• Working towards NCSO and/or CRST qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft software

• Bilingual in English & French

• Must hold a Class G driver's license
