As a Roofing Estimator at Flynn, you will bring your 3 to 5 years of commercial roofing experience to a dynamic environment.

Your role involves reviewing and selecting bids, attending pre-bid site meetings, and preparing accurate estimates based on project specifications. Building client relationships and managing follow-ups on quotes will also be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of bid opportunities

• Attend meetings to ensure precise project estimates

• Analyze and comprehend all project plans

• Prepare estimates for materials, labor, and equipment

• Forge and maintain relationships with account stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in roofing estimation

• Bilingual in English and French

• Ability to interpret construction plans

• Experience with Blue Beam or related software a plus

• Familiarity with new construction and re-roofing
