Lead traffic operations and improve site safety as a Traffic Operations Supervisor laborate with teams to implement traffic control measures efficiently.
As a Traffic Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and traffic laws on site.
Your role includes overseeing traffic personnel and coordinating traffic control plans while managing subcontractor relationships. You should possess excellent collaboration skills and relevant experience in construction or traffic-related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to traffic laws and safety procedures
• Develop and oversee traffic control plans in the field
• Direct all traffic management operations on site
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors
• Document traffic-related incidents and measures regularly
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related area
• 3-5 years of onsite traffic experience
• Proficient in Excel and traffic management software
• Valid Driver’s License (G) in Ontario
• Strong decision-making abilities
