You will oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to specifications and high safety standards. Collaborate closely with project management to optimize resources and site productivity while providing leadership and mentorship to your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations of construction projects

• Oversee quality and safety across the project site

• Coordinate schedules and site logistics with project teams

• Mentor construction staff and promote teamwork

• Establish professional relationships with all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years leading ICI projects valued at $40 million

• Excellent collaboration and communication capabilities

• Knowledge of construction management software desired
