Construction Services Coordinator Position

Location: Petawawa

Elevate construction projects as a Coordinator, ensuring compliance and quality. Collaborate closely with contractors and clients while managing complex service contracts in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will manage moderate- to high-complexity construction contracts, engaging with contractors and consultants daily. Your responsibilities will include overseeing compliance and quality specifications while addressing any contractual issues. You will also guide human resources responsibilities within your team, aligning with the overall construction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer construction contracts and quality assurance

• Coordinate resolution of day-to-day contractual challenges

• Monitor project schedules and manage contractual performance

• Liaise with Client-Partner representatives on project issues

• Maintain accurate site activity documentation and records

Requirements:

• College diploma in engineering or related field with six years’ experience

• Knowledge of construction practices and contract management

• Leadership and human resources management skills

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations

• Proficient in using relevant software and tools
