As a Superintendent, you will report directly to the Heavy Civil Infrastructure Business Unit Leader, overseeing project execution in road building, earth moving, and underground utility installation. This role requires you to coordinate trades, direct staff, and maintain project schedules while ensuring adherence to safety standards and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan daily site activities and supervise construction staff
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed on-site
• Conduct performance management of team members
• Facilitate quality inspections and maintain standards
• Collaborate with safety officers to enhance site safety
Requirements:
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in construction
• Minimum 5 years in the construction industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with large scale construction projects
• Must obtain and maintain Secret Level Government clearance
