LAURIN is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join our Ottawa operations, impacting our strong pipeline of projects. This role demands leadership in managing day-to-day construction activities, coordinating schedules, and ensuring quality outcomes on-site. You will work alongside the Project Manager and have a crucial role in supervising site operations, safety compliance, and fostering teamwork among staff and sub-trades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities per contract and safety standards

• Supervise site personnel and maintain an organized work environment

• Collaborate on construction schedules and site logistics

• Ensure sub-trades meet quality and productivity expectations

• Facilitate safety protocol compliance with health representatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience leading ICI projects

• Proficient in construction software (e.g., MS Project)

• Strong decision-making and communication skills

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management

• Eligibility for Government of Canada Reliability Status
