Construction Estimator - On-Site

Reporting directly to the General Manager, your role involves preparing competitive estimates by analyzing project specifications and engaging with various stakeholders. You'll support operations throughout the project lifecycle and maintain vital relationships with subcontractors and clients, ensuring the success of every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze all project documentation for detailed estimates

• Compute costs and refine estimates with stakeholders

• Maintain historical pricing consistency for future projects

• Foster relationships with clients and subcontractors

• Assist in project execution and inventory management

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator

• Relevant education in Engineering or Construction

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Understanding of civil and electrical utility sectors

• Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines
