Key Responsibilities:

• Create precise estimates and take-offs for projects

• Source and evaluate new trades and suppliers

• Communicate effectively with subcontractors regarding project scope

• Stay updated on the Eastern Ontario construction market

• Work with management to strategize on project approaches

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Canadian construction industry

• Proficient in MS Office, OnScreen Takeoff, or estimating software

• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

• Understanding of construction methods and plans

• Degree in Engineering or Construction from a recognized institution
