Key Responsibilities:

• Orient and coach employees while monitoring their performance

• Generate daily work sheets and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in heavy civil construction

• Ability to lead and work independently

• Knowledge of coordinating with various construction and utility stakeholders
