Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily site construction activities and safety adherence

• Lead sub-trades in achieving project timelines and quality

• Assist Project Manager in logistics and planning

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and consultants

• Conduct regular meetings to update progress and issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICI construction management

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

• Familiarity with Lean construction methodologies

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field

• Must be eligible for security clearance in Canada
