Join Pomerleau as a Senior Project Manager focused on healthcare construction. Manage complex projects while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in a hybrid work model.

As a key member of the Building Operations team, you will handle significant projects valued from $1.5 million to $1 billion. Your extensive experience in the ICI construction industry—spanning over 10 years—will be critical in managing schedules, finances, and team dynamics. You'll mentor junior staff and lead compliance initiatives in health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams

• Develop and drive effective construction schedules

• Apply your expertise in managing project budgets

• Compile comprehensive project reports for stakeholders

• Champion health, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of Project Management in Construction

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or relevant field

• Proven financial management and leadership skills

• In-depth knowledge of project methodologies and legislation

• Experience with scheduling software; P6 expertise advantageous
