Location: Petawawa
Take on a pivotal role with Bird Construction as a Project Coordinator based in Petawawa. Oversee project execution and maintain organization every step of the way.
The Project Coordinator will enhance project workflows through meticulous planning and coordination. This position requires a post-secondary qualification in a construction discipline along with three years of relevant experience. You'll manage project site documentation, liaise with teams, and ensure accuracy in all records and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with work plan and schedule preparation
• Organize and maintain project site files and documents
• Review subcontractor progress and payment applications
• Liaise with architects and consultants on project changes
• Prepare detailed meeting minutes for project discussions
Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary degree in construction
• Minimum 3 years in a project support role
• Experience with commercial and institutional projects
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Project
• Strong organizational and time management skills
Lead project execution efficiently while fostering relationships at Bird Construction in Petawawa.
