Position: Senior Project Management Role ASCO
Drive project success at ASCO in a Senior Project Manager role focused on construction projects in the greater Ottawa market. Your expertise will ensure projects meet safety and budget requirements while delivering value.

This position prioritizes experienced professionals with extensive backgrounds in project management, specifically in Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial sectors. You will lead diverse project phases, negotiate contracts, and maintain a collaborative atmosphere with clients and subcontractors. Your ability to interpret project documents and effectively communicate is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects through design and preconstruction phases

• Implement safety leadership across teams

• Plan and control project scheduling and activities

• Negotiate contracts and manage budgets

• Foster collaboration with clients and project partners

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of construction project experience

• Ten years in project management required

• P. Eng, PMP, or equivalent certification

• Advanced scheduling capabilities in MS Project or Primavera P6

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
