Reporting to the Project Controls Lead, this specialist will manage the master schedule and budget, utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) to generate actionable insights for stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an integrated master construction schedule

• Oversee cost coding, budget formulation, and commitment tracking

• Conduct risk assessments and change management analyses

• Facilitate collaborative planning sessions within project teams

• Compile reports and analytics to communicate project performance

Requirements:

• 5+ years in project controls on large-scale projects

• Degree in Construction Management or related fields

• Proficient in Primavera P6 and advanced Excel

• Certifications in EVM, project management, or cost control preferred

• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
