In this role, you will lead property restoration projects, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget. With a strong emphasis on communication, you will keep all stakeholders informed while maintaining quality standards in restoration work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of property restoration projects

• Define accurate project scopes and prepare estimates

• Coordinate work with teams and subcontractors

• Maintain quality standards throughout each project

• Communicate project updates to clients and adjusters

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant project or construction experience

• Formal education in construction or restoration preferred

• Ability to read scopes, plans, and estimates

• Familiarity with Xactimate and Microsoft Office Suite

• Must participate in a rotating on-call schedule
