In this intermediate to experienced level position, you will handle diverse projects including building decks, plumbing, electrical work, and road maintenance. The job requires excellent tool handling skills and the ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs. You'll collaborate with team members and vendors to meet deadlines and ensure results align with project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Refurbish and set homes as assigned
• Build decks, conduct plumbing and electrical work
• Operate large machinery and power tools
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors
• Report regularly to supervisors on project status
Requirements:
• Minimum 75% travel required
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs regularly
• Experience in construction work preferred
• Strong communication skills
