Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and manage construction projects and designs

• Perform design reviews of critical documents

• Review and approve shop drawings timely

• Conduct site visits and project close-outs

• Create cost estimates and manage subcontractor contracts

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years in design and construction coordination

• Proficiency in MS Project and advanced MS Office

• International travel capability up to 25%

• Familiarity with Ontario's safety regulations

• College or university diploma in construction field
