Reporting directly to the Director of Pre-Construction and Estimating, you will take charge of the estimating team.

Your role includes analyzing project specifications, creating accurate bids, and identifying training needs. Excellent communication and strong analytical skills will be crucial for this position, ensuring project profitability and alignment with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for diverse construction projects

• Analyze plans and specifications for scope verification

• Inform estimation processes with historical cost data

• Evaluate team performance and identify skill gaps

• Oversee preparation and submission of competitive bids

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management

• At least 10 years of estimating experience in ICI

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools

• Knowledge of CCDC5 and CCDC
14 preferred
