Join Capital Crossing Constructors as the Permits, Licenses, and Approvals Manager for the landmark Alexandra Bridge Project. This role focuses on securing essential regulatory permissions.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and municipal requirements for LRT construction. Utilizing your expertise in permitting processes, you will play a crucial role in maintaining timelines and conditions while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the permitting and licensing processes for construction

• Maintain a comprehensive Approval Roadmap and timelines

• Prepare applications ensuring compliance with regulations

• Establish communication with regulatory bodies and stakeholders

• Oversee utility approvals and manage relocations

Requirements:

• Civil or Environmental Engineering degree

• RPP or P.Eng. certification in Ontario

• 10 years of experience in permitting and approvals

• Proven track record with municipal and utility permits

• Familiarity with environmental legislation
