In this newly created role, you will take charge of preparing estimates and coordinating budgets for various construction projects. Your responsibilities include providing precise take-offs, researching materials, and assessing new trades. Clear communication with subcontractors and suppliers will be vital, as you ensure all costs are accounted for while identifying new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates and take-offs for projects

• Research materials, methods, and suppliers for feasibility

• Communicate project scope clearly to subcontractors

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience

• Proficient in MS Office and estimating software

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and attention to detail

• Relevant degree in Engineering or Construction
