Shape urban communities as a Project Manager for LAURIN, overseeing high-rise residential construction. This role focuses on quality delivery and strong team leadership across multiple projects.
You will spearhead the execution of complex, multi-storey projects within a supportive environment. This position requires strategic planning and resource management, alongside coordination with various stakeholders. Your leadership will not only ensure project success but also support the long-term goals of LAURIN in building vibrant residential spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of high-rise construction projects

• Ensure compliance with quality, budget, and schedule

• Manage project teams and stakeholder collaborations

• Oversee budgets, contracts, and change management

• Track and report project progress and risks
Requirements:

• 7+ years managing high-rise or residential projects

• Demonstrable success with projects exceeding $40 million

• Familiarity with construction tools and software

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Relevant degree in Engineering or Construction Management
