Position: Electrical Estimator with Modern Niagara
Elevate your career as an Electrical Estimator with Modern Niagara, where your estimating expertise can directly influence project acquisition and profitability. This role is integral to the estimating team’s success.

You will play a pivotal role in preparing and assembling comprehensive estimates for a wide range of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include performing quantity take-offs, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring that all bid documents are thorough and submitted on time. Building solid relationships with suppliers and subcontractors is essential for competitive pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize computerized systems for accurate quantity take-offs

• Create detailed estimates incorporating labor, material, and equipment costs

• Prepare and review bid proposals to meet specifications

• Attend necessary meetings and site visits for project assessment

• Strengthen relationships with suppliers for best bid strategies

Requirements:

• 5 years of electrical estimating experience required

• Experience in P3 and Design-Build projects preferred

• Diploma in electrical or construction technology or equivalent

• Proficient in Accubid and other estimating software

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
