Ellis Don seeks a Planner and Scheduler experienced in construction scheduling to join their dynamic team. You will prepare preliminary master schedules, ensuring the timeline aligns with operational goals. Furthermore, this role involves cost-loading data and resolving scheduling conflicts proactively to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update detailed project schedules

• Create preliminary master schedules before project start

• Incorporate resource and cost loading data

• Assist in developing and monitoring short-term schedules

• Maintain and update the master schedule with construction progress

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of construction scheduling experience

• Familiarity with various project delivery methods

• Knowledge of ICI projects and Primavera P6

• Ability to analyze construction progress and schedule variances

• Strong problem-solving skills to manage conflicts
