Expert Senior Estimator

This position requires an experienced estimator to review specifications, visit sites, and generate comprehensive cost proposals. The Senior Estimator will enhance estimating processes and collaborate with a team of project managers and sales professionals to deliver accurate estimates and maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review architectural drawings for estimating purposes

• Conduct necessary site visits for project assessment

• Execute quantity take-offs for materials and labor

• Develop and refine cost proposals as needed

• Coordinate with project stakeholders for effective planning

Requirements:

• Strong background in cost analysis and estimating
