Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical direction for the construction team
• Supervise and balance workloads among team members
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and project costs
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards
• Build and nurture client and partner relationships
Requirements:
• 10+ years in construction with leadership experience
• Licensed Civil or Structural Engineer
• Expertise in ERP-based project accounting
• Strong strategic and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
