As a Senior Superintendent, you'll oversee all aspects of large commercial projects, working closely with Project Managers, engineers, and architects. This role demands a strong background in various construction disciplines, including safety regulations and cost control, complemented by a construction-related degree and 10+ years of experience in the industry. You'll also mentor your team and lead project meetings for effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project design, budget, and schedule

• Lead meetings to support team progress

• Mentor and develop project team members

• Report potential issues to senior management

• Monitor project cost reports and cash flow

Requirements:

• 10+ years of construction experience

• Advanced knowledge of construction disciplines

• Ability to identify and solve problems
